ABOVE THE FOLD represents a diverse roster of talent & firms with a focus on the built environment. Since 2012, our agency has advised on 70+ public and private projects in manmade and natural contexts on six continents, totaling over $4 billion in construction value.

Working as agent, manager and publicist for different disciplines, ABOVE THE FOLD bridges the gap between a broad range of global constituents, from clients and consultants to the media.

ABOVE THE FOLD’s insight, methodology, and services advance the profiles, practices and portfolios of emerging and established architects, landscape architects, urban designers, interior designers, image makers, and visionaries whose work elevates the built environment.

In the early stages of projects, ABOVE THE FOLD advises on and curates design teams for precedent-setting projects, helping clients, consultants, and collaborators access contemporary architecture (and its many benefits) as part of building communities, campuses, neighborhoods, and cities.

ABOVE THE FOLD was founded in New York City in 2012 and relocated to Detroit in 2015. The agency’s team includes John Patrick, Founder; Adrian Lopez, Business Development Officer; and Jessica Gallucci, Press Officer.
